Immunoprecipitation : Anti-GFP (Rat IgG2a), Agarose Conjugate

Protocol

  1. Add Anti-GFP (Rat IgG2a), agarose conjugate (20 µl) in 293 Cell Lysate (1 ml) expressed EGFP or EGFP-myosin (1ml each). Incubate at 4°C for 1 hour.
  2. Add SDS Sample buffer. After heating the samples at 90°C for 10 minutes, load to SDS-PAGE.
  3. Detect EGFP and EGFP-myosin using Anti-GFP (Rat IgG2a).
