Protocol

Dilute 100 times with any buffer of your choice.

Note

  • In case of very high phosphatase concentration, use higher concentration of the product (dilute from 5 to 20 times).
  • The product may cause inhibition of metal chelate affinity chromatography and 2D electrophoresis. Remove inhibitors by dialysis or desalting before performing such procedures.
  • The product does not contain protease inhibitors. For homogenizing cells and tissues, if necessary, add protease inhibitor cocktail, such as Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (Code No.: 25955-11, Code No.: 03969-21 and Code No.: 04080-11).
