| The PTP catalytic domain (a.a. 163 to a.a. 468) of Yersinia enterocolitica YopH is expressed in E.coli. The tyrosine-protein phosphatase YopH selectively hydrolyzes only phosphortyrosine-containing proteins and contains a Cys residue essential for catalysis. |

Assay Condition
The enzymatic reactions are performed at 10 µM DiFMUP, indicated amount of Mpro enzyme in 1X assay buffer at room temperature for 30 minutes. The fluorescence intensity is measured at exc/em 360 nm/460 nm.
