High speed observations

Easy handling and high speed processing.

Intuitive operability is realized, and high-speed observation (Φ 35 60seconds) can be done throughout the dish.

Phase contrast microscope 60 sec. (100 seconds with AutoFocus)
Fluorescence  110 sec.
Conditions: Objective lens4x Φ35
Object: iPSC, Fluorescent label rBC2LCN-FITC (FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation)
Clamp creation process by laser Φ 35 Full face
□ 0.4 mm clamp creation time 86 sec.

High speed discrimination

High speed discrimination of unwanted cells using deep learning.

Unwanted cells determination example

High speed discrimination of 0.1 sec. / flame. AI can be applied to any other kind of cells.

High speed selection

Sudden differentiation treatment during iPS cell undifferentiation maintenance culture.

Unwanted cells determination example

Remove unwanted spontaneously differentiated cells with laser. Single layer adhesive cells need not be dissociated and killed at high speed by laser irradiation aimed at the spot.

A dedicated light-responsive polymer coated dish is required. Comparison with FACS: Anaplastic iPSC ratio increase from 88.4 % to 98.1% Object: iPSC, Observation before and after laser processing with objective lens x 4
