Arcofeliz ™ AL Series is a low-endotoxin sodium alginate produced by purification with a newly developed endotoxin removal materials (non-GMP).
Alginate itself is non–water-soluble, but when alginate reacts with sodium or other substances, it becomes water soluble.
As sodium alginate reacts with calcium ions in aqueous solution and instantly forms a thermo-irreversible gel, it is widely studied for use in medical devices and regenerative medicine applications.
